No, we don’t want you to do anything but enjoy the website. You can always checkout as a guest. However, your email and mobile number is required for further order related communications. We recommend you to register before shopping as it has a lot of benefits like

Where is my account listed?
My account is present at the top left of the website.
I am not able to view my account
To view 'my account', you need to login to your account. If you have forgotten your username & password, please use the forgot password link. In case, you checked out as a guest user, you must have received a password on your email address. Please use that password and login. Once, you login you can see details for your account.
Where can I see my order history?
Order history is under my account. In this, you can view your order number, what you ordered, the order dispatch status and order delivery status.
How can I change my account details?
Under My account, you have a section named “Account details”. This section has your email address, First Name, Mobile number, date of birth, city and password. You can change the details in this section as well.
I want to unsubscribe from thecelebritystore.in. How can I do that?
Under my account, you have a section named “Communication”. Using this section, you can modify the frequency of SMS & email communication you recieve from us.
What exactly is spread the word ‘Reward Program’ program?
The invite program allows you to invite your friends to join thecelebritystore.in. On your friends first delivered order, you will receive a Rs. 100 voucher to shop on thecelebritystore.in
How can I invite my friend?
There are two ways using which you can invite your friend:
Inviting them through an email
Invite your friends through an email invitation. Just go to the ‘Invite’ section and enter your friends’ email address in the given box. In case you want to invite more than one friend, make sure you separate each email address with a comma. They will then receive an email from you inviting them to register with us. Please note that you can enter upto 10 emails in a single go.
Personal Invitation Link
Now, you can directly share your own personalized link with your friends over Facebook, Twitter or just over a sms/email. Just go to the ‘Invite’ section and share/copy your personalized link and share with your friends.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No, there are no limits. You can invite as many friends as you want. More your friends shop, more reward points you get.
What is the referral bonus?
On every first delivered order of your friend, a voucher code of Rs. 100 will be sent to you on your registered email with us. The voucher amount of Rs. 100 is valid for a month and has no minimum redemption value with it.
My friend has bought but I haven’t received the voucher?
The voucher is credited only when the order has been delivered. Once, the order is delivered we will credit the voucher.
My friend's order has been delivered but I haven’t received the voucher?
The voucher is sent as a code on your registered email address. Please check your email inbox and spam folder as well.
I haven’t received the email with the voucher code?
If your friends order has been delivered and you still haven’t received your voucher code email on your registered email address, please contact us at email@example.com

What is a wishlist?
You can request for any merchandise item that you wish for!
Here's how it works: fill in the specifics (like your size or color preference) along with your billing and shipping info, and submit your request. We will do our best in getting your desired merchandise.
I had added a product to wishlist, now I don’t want it?
Not a problem. As long as we haven't already shipped it to you, you can cancel a pending request at any time. Just go to your wishlist and choose "Cancel Request."
What exactly is Favorite?
What if you like a product but don’t know whether to buy it right now or later? Or you love a product but want to show it to your friend once? On our website, you can mark any item as your favorite. You can add tags to every particular item and save them. For example: you can add a t-shirt to your wishlist.
And, then whenever you want to shop, go to wishlist, select the particular list and go directly to checkout. But, please note that if in the meantime somebody else purchased the product, you won’t be able to purchase it.

Confused about what should you gift your spouse/family/friend? Now, you can gift them a voucher to shop at www.thecelebritystore.in
How do I purchase the gift card?
Just go to our gift tab and enter the details of the recipient and the amount of the gift card. You need to pay it through your credit/debit card or netbanking. The gift card will be sent immediately to the recipient with a mail to you as well
How do I use the gift card?
The gift card is received in the form of a voucher. After you have selected what you want to buy enter the gift card code in the “apply discount” box and the amount will be reduced from the bill.
How are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are delivered by emails only. Please ensure that the recipients email address is valid. In case, you entered a wrong email address please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do the gift cards expire?
No, the gift voucher never expires. You can use it whenever you want to

No, we don’t offer COD for gift cards

Where can I see the status of my order?
You can go to the 'my account' section on the website. Under the order history tab, you will see your order number, details in the order, total amount of the order, Dispatch status, Courier partner & Airway bill number, Received Status.
The dispatch status is yes but I haven’t received the product?

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically as per the area code entered by you in the shipping address field. We currently deliver only within the territory of The Republic of India
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
We dispatch the product from our warehouse within 72 hours of your order. Depending on the shipping address within India, this should take 5-7 days to get delivered. If any delays are caused, it would be purely due to logistical obstacles we may experience in delivering to the region of the delivery address provided.
Are there are any hidden charges?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

How are the refunds processed?
For Non-COD transactions, when you cancel your order we will credit the amount back into your account in 24-48 hours of cancellation. In case, you want us to refund the amount back to your account, please mention it to the customer care representative.

How do I return my product?

Till what period can I return my product?
You can return your products within 7 days of you receiving your order.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Surely you can. But, only if the product is available with us. Otherwise, the only option is refund.
How do I get a refund?
Once you have sent the item back to us, we will check the product for any damages etc and refund the amount back either as credits to shop on thecelebritystore.in or to your preferred mode of payment in the next 7 business days.
How can I find out if my return has been received?
Once, we receive the product, a mail will be sent to you letting you know that we have received your product and now a refund is under process.
The 7 days return window has expired, but I still want to return the product. Can I do that?
We are sorry but you can’t return a product after 7days of delivery.
What all payment options are available?
Currently we operate only with COD - Cash on delivery method
How can I check whether COD is available for my region?
The system as you checkout recognizes the area code provided and automatically informs you if COD is possible in your region
Are there any conditions for COD?
Yes, COD is available for products priced at less than INR 5000.
